Can’t answer the phone apparently even after being rung 4 times for 5-10 mins each call, where is the whole of reception are they on break first thing in the morning?

Good trainer/lecturer, workshop has plenty of test equipment and tools, although as a plumber the pipe cutters were very blunt. Quite a modern college but again as a plumber, noticed wall heaters are damaged and in need of repair.
