It was a first for me using this company. The cartridges arrived fast and the price was great. Unfortunately my printer wouldn't recognise the cartridges, but the customer services offered great advice on what to try. Unfortunately my printer wasn't having any of this advice. But this company immediately offered a refund or replacement. I can't praise them enough I didn't have to fight for my refund. They offered a freepost return service and 2 days later I was refunded. I'd definitely recommend trying them. After the extra effort the sale person went too. You have nothing to loose. Thank you so much for the advice and refund. Just a Shame my printer wasn't compatible.

I have used Cartridge Discount previous times and find them totally worthy. The product is excellent and delivery as advised. I did have cause to use the helpline once due to a cartridge not working but following excellent diagnostical advice I sorted a problem on my printer. That sort of service is worth paying money for. Well done.

Do not use this firm asked for genuine HP cartridge and received there own . I contacted them and after numerous calls they rang back and offered to send the original cartridge out instead of a refund. Still waiting

I have been using Cartridge Discount for a number of years and the service has aways been excellent. The website is easy to use and helps you to quickly find the correct compatible cartridges for you printer. Prices are good for both compatible and brands. Delivery time is short. Compatible cartridge colours are not perfect, but they are priced very much lower so are good value for my printing. When you need perfect colour printing, buy the Brand. The rare issues I've had have always been sorted quickly, which is good customer service. Highly recommended.
