Good professional course , Maureen the teacher was very helpful and professional during the 4 day course and brought a good mix of fun and learning throughout . As for the course work side of things, carlton training are always on hand to help but the instructions are very straightforward and so easy to follow that I didn't need to contact them for anything . Highly recommend if you are looking to expand your C.V. or need to enhance your status in your current place of work.

We enrolled several employees with Carlton august last year, and they still haven't completed their courses due to the inexcusable delays in marking. Submitted work weeks ago, and we are still waiting for it to be marked, Unacceptable. Carlton has been unresponsive—calls and emails go unanswered, promised support calls never happen, and their staff is always out of the office when we seek updates. As a company we are appalled by the service.

We demand immediate action and resolution. Does anyone know the process for filing a formal complaint to City and Guilds?

Carlton Training has widen my knowledge on assessment process and made me a better assessor. I am glad I registered and completed the training with Carlton Training in a good time. Edit: I find your response via google extremely patronising and it is obviously a response to cover your own back.
I liaised with you via email and the response I received is stated in my original review.
I have replied to your original email but again still not received any response.

Not at all impressed with their communication skills. They are extremely slow at getting back to you. You email the company and don’t get a response or the response you do get doesn’t make any sense. Same when you contact them via telephone. Eager to enrol you on a course but when it comes to refunding money they are bullies. I lost my job so can’t afford to carry on paying for the course, I received no empathy/sympathy, refund declined, oh but was given 6 weeks as a goodwill gesture to reinstate direct debit or pay in full for the course I’ve only been on for 1 month otherwise legal action will be taken. What a joke. Cow boys.

I'm still waiting for my final piece of work to be checked, as I had to resubmit, everytime I resubmit it takes atleast a month to be marked, at one time 2 months. When I send an email no one answers. Now I've just tried to call and I was told to send an email, I'm on your Level 3 Award in Education and Training v2
