I didn't know where to turn when my rehome dog was 'naughty',
I found Gemma online and at once knew she could help my dog, I didn't realise that she would also be helping me !
I learned that Darcy wasn't naughty but actually reactive, what a game changer !
Learning how reactivity affected our lives & more importantly how to manage it.
We can both now 'read' each other & our lives are less stressed for the whole family.

Not enough stars to show our appreciation for Canine Reactive! Gemma has been so understanding, honest without judging, and supported us every step of the way of the journey with our reactive dog.

Our youngest dog was a lockdown pup, and we dismissed so many of their behaviours as down to not having the social opportunities as a pup, or typical of the breed ("all spaniels do that!"). Gemma helped us see the behaviours as they truly were, and proposed some quick fixes to help alleviate our dog's worries.

Gemma helped us identify the root causes of her anxiety and reactivity, and observed that our dog has knee issues. Gemma has helped so much (even while our training is on hiatus to resolve the dog's medical issues) with advice, evidence gathering, and advocating to get the right specialists on board.

Our pup is now recovering from her first knee surgery and awaiting an op on the other leg, and we can't wait to get back to training!

Tried to cancel appointment (with a reasonable explanation why) and with adequate notice on several occasions using different messaging services. No response ,no reply, no refund.
