I've been going to Kettlebells for a few months now and have loved every class. Each class is a bit different and with loads of different weights available to suit your ability. Christian helps push you to work harder whilst making sure you're doing all the exercises correctly and safely. Looking forward to seeing the progress over the next few months

I Never thought Kettlebells would be the class for me in my mid 50s, but I love it! I joined because I was pre-habbing for a knee replacement and with Christian’s expert guidance and patience I gradually built up strength and went into my op in good shape. A very friendly and supportive group and a great workout led by expert instructors.

I’ve just discovered Kettlebells and it’s been a really positive addition to my wider training and strength! The classes are really varied and inclusive of all abilities, Christian is really encouraging and takes the time to correct my form if needed/ suggest alterations to a move to suit my needs. Really recommend ☺️

Christian is a brilliant trainer and I absolutely love his Kettlebells classes. They’re suitable for beginners through to experts, and he always makes everyone feel welcome. The classes are great fun and always attract a nice friendly group of people too. Each class is different so you always feel like you’re doing a different carefully thought-out workout. I especially love his outdoor classes on Hove beach when the weather is good - nothing beats working out in the fresh air with a view of the sea! Would highly recommend!

Love my kettlebell classes! Christian is always well-prepared, motivating and knowledgeable. I've been to too many gyms and HIIT or weigh-training classes where the trainer spends little to no time checking and tweaking form and ensuring everyone is getting a good session. Not Christian, he's a pro! Also there's a great, friendly vibe at the classes and it's awesome to be able to workout outside whenever weather permits.

Just started with this KB group and loving it. Christian is friendly, he gives great guidance on technique and is motivating. The group are welcoming and easy going. I’m hoping to get to more classes when my schedule allows.
