Love it totes! What man doesn't!! Waiting for the pizza ovens to come back! Needed flooring so I had a look and if you look carefully you can find stuff that's been reduced and it definitely saves you a few pound notes which makes me happy! Nice plant selection and some were good prices! and the timber is reasonably priced as well.

This has got to be thr most helpful branch of a chain store that I've ever visited!! I've been buying plants and the guys in the garden centre are so helpful and just generally around the store at the tills and helping to put heavy compost in car. Thank you for being so helpful!!

It's a B&Q. It has a garden section with plants and bags of grit and mulch etc for sale outside. Kitchens, paints and mysterious plumbing items inside.

I go here all the time and it’s usually okay, but lately some of the till staff have been rude and quite unfriendly for no reason at all.

Makes you not want to shop locally, although Halfords were much friendlier.

Brilliant store and I’m always able to get what I need from there. Although one particular staff member that always seems to be by the self scanners has a different attitude from the rest of the staff members and always seems to make things difficult when it comes to paying, it comes across like they are my boss rather than me being a paying customer! 🫣😬

I need walking sticks to get around,a member of staff rich was incredibly helpful, he showed me where the items were I needed and put them in the trolley for me and escorted me back to the checkout. Very kind, very helpful and informative and friendly. Great service. The lady at the checkout was also very helpful and friendly.

One of the best B&Qs l wandered in to get some MDF for my artwork and needed a sheet cut to size, l could not have had better service Dan was very helpful and friendly in trimming my 18mm MDF quickly and efficiently to size., one happy customer thank you.😀
