The most unorganised and messy university ever I had experienced

They didn't give me my timetable after a 1 month
They didn't told me i have personal tutor
After finding out the personal tutor was not even responding
Student support just pass you to different departments and you can’t reach the management at all .
I am still waiting for their respond after 5 months no one actually could help me
It’s just waste of time , money and motivation to going with this uni.

I would give BPP 5 stars for the wonderful lessons I’ve had under the tutelage of Ms Meera Furtardo, but their admin department is be far the worst I’ve ever come across in my entire life. I can’t get a single one of my concerns even given the time of day. Due to them, I’ve missed out on exams and more. They honestly deserve 1 star, but that would be unfair to my tutor.

It is an amazing uni, although not so big but the teachings and facilitates are of a very good standard. Reception area and student lunch room. Check my Utube channel Pweencexa for the video/tour of Bpp University London Waterloo campus.

Four stars for the university, mates on the reception are very rude all the time, a student not being fluent and good in english makes them irritate and hence ended up in argument sometimes. I would strongly suggest to hire youngsters for that.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Try to find information on their website and fail miserable, try to contact them through email and exchange loads of emails without the information you needed, try to call them and you will hear them acting like they are doing you a huge favour. IMAGINE THE SUPPORT THEY PROVIDE WHEN YOU ARE STUDENT.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS BAD JOKE!!!!

I do not take the leaving of negative reviews lightly. This review is regarding the part time law conversion masters at BPP Waterloo.
Teaching is perfectly adequate, although both quality and practice are inconsistent across modules. Online learning materials and access to journals etc. are good. The Careers team provide suitable opportunities.
Beyond this, everything else has been poor. The administration of the course is disorganised (incorrect attendance figures, incorrect fee demands, students enrolled on wrong modules, dates of term 3 changed mid-course from September 23 to May 23 with no consultation, ...).
The Student Query form (which should be an efficient way to have issues resolved by the appropriate team quickly) does not work in reality. There is often no solution provided, students are referred elsewhere (sometimes to then be referred back to the query form) and a response can take weeks.
The roles of the pastoral tutor and course lead are unclear. Student queries and complaints are too often met with excuses. When a fellow student raised a mental health concern with their pastoral tutor, they were not even referred to the student support services. This is unacceptable!
To improve, BPP must put student learning AND the student experience at the heart of its planning and delivery. Students should succeed because of, not in spite of, BPP!

Wouldn't even give 1 star for the management here. Courses are just structured without organizing it properly. Not at all concerned about students and their course even though regular queries are raised. when try to contact them by call, minimum waiting time to get held of them is 30 min to an hour and even after that the person doesn't have proper knowledge about the course. it's not fault of person who's picking up the call, its fault of management who doesn't keep their people informed about anything. feels like Management's mission is to deliver everything at last minute to students but expect everything to get done within time frame given even though students are on limited period visa coming from different countries and at the end students are the one who suffers. No one you can go to raise concerns. always you will hear their reply saying that by the end of the day you will hear from them but please don't trust them. It feels like i paid my fees to get my hands tied.

I'm the student here, posting the review based on my 2 years experience with BPP. There's many more things to say but couldn't. Please don't apply for admission in this University as you will curse yourself at the end.

Just FYI, some 5 star ratings are fake, they asked people to do it.
