Absolute top class mechanics and garage! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great advice from start to finish explaining everything in detail. All staff are great especially Dan who is very helpful and all round great person, never gave up and sorted out all our problems in the end. Also very clear and fair with prices and work carried out.

Popped into this branch as called AA & the patrolman recommended this long established company strongly. ABS sensor was faulty, it took just over a week to rectify this issue as, although not kept updated by staff, they were awaiting works approval before commencing further wiring issues related work. Afterwards I noticed an issue and initially they denied it could be their fault but eventually Kevin was absolutely fantastic and rectified the issue in full despite the procrastination. Overall they were very polite and straightforward so on this occasion I would wholeheartedly recommend this business to others and I have been to many automotive garages from the backstreet ones to the main dealer and these are right up there with the best. Keep up the good work and many thanks to Dan and especially Kevin to sorting out and believing me in relation to the wheel 🛞 nut issues.

Use Auto Serve Oldbury and know that you are leaving your car in the safest, most professional and attentive hands possible. Kev and the team pulled out all the stops (heading into a bank holiday weekend) and managed to source a rare part in super quick time, with top quality workmanship and a car clean to boot. I came across Autoserve West Bromwich after my BMW broke down and the RAC recommended them as a local, competent garage to replace the clutch. I was a little sceptical, having only ever used BMW Sytner previously for literally everything related to my car. I’ve been very impressed with their service. Polite, professional and upfront about costs. There was an issue with the front brakes recently and they replaced it under the warranty without any quibbles. The sheer INCOMPETENCE to jack a car at the wrong points leaving DAMAGE in all 4 parts of the rockerboard is unbelievable, but it’s what happened after a simple AC check under warranty. Ignored requests to view CCTV which would show they were liable for the damage. Advise you to take a video of your car when taking it in, as they won’t look after it whilst in their care and deny it was them, or better still GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
