Fantastic bootastic fitness community for all! I’ve been a BCUK member since spring 2023 and it’s brought so much: a fitter body and healthier mind, a welcome challenge and ever growing friendships. When I started the group, I was pretty sad. A few hard knocks in life had me struggling and, honestly, I really didn’t like people very much anymore. I’d stumbled across BCUK on Facebook and it looked so fun and a physical challenge, but my confidence was so low that I remember it took all my strength to attend the first session. But I’m so glad I did. The whole experience had been hugely healing and wonderful. I’m fitter, brighter and I love people again, and that’s hugely down to the BCUK community and Pete, in particular, who is kind, inspiring, gives so much to others and plans brilliantly beasting sessions. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. If you’re reading this and don’t think you can, I know the feeling. But you can and BCUK is for you. Whatever your age, size, background or experience. Come and join the team! Xx

I joined bootcamp waterlooville doing the 10 sessions for £10 back in late January this year as a friend recommended trying it. After doing a couple of sessions I realised what a great community and vibe everyone who attends bootcamp. It s a really friendly group of people with the same interests of exercising. The sessions are varied each week and tackle different areas of exercises and you can feel the benefits within a few weeks of joining. The extra activities which are also included are a great addition on to the monthly fee and you can choice whatever you want to do. I would recommend joining the "boot-tastic" Bootcamp community and join like minded people who want to exercise outdoors and meet new friends.

Pete is a phenomenal personal trainer who knows just how to keep things fun and varied, ensuring no two sessions are the same. One day, you’re flipping tires like a superhero, and the next, you’re channeling your inner ninja with agility drills. ?️‍♂️?‍♂️ From the moment you arrive, Pete’s infectious enthusiasm and positive energy make you forget you're actually here to sweat it out. Whether you're a fitness newbie or a seasoned athlete, Pete tailors each session to challenge you at your own level. I am enjoying the BC at Waterlooville the sessions are well planned, varied, and challenging but still catering for all levels of fitness. My own fitness levels are improving. Pete who runs the sessions is excellent he is organized, encouraging, and adds a good element of fun with it, which really makes it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Where to start. Well I joined BCUK Waterlooville around 18 months ago and it was the best fitness choice I ever made. I wasn’t unfit by any stretch of the imagination but coming to bootcamp I realised I could get a lot fitter. each session is different and you never know what you’ll be doing till your there. Yes it’s outside, you might get wet, muddy and start the session cold, but you’ll warm up and have a smile on your face at the end. Pete line’s is an amazing Instructor full of knowledge, pushing you when you need it, but also having a laugh and not being to serious. The members are amazing, we have a good laugh while working out, sometimes it doesn’t even feel like a work out, just a good social. I was lucky enough this year to get nominated for bootcampers Bootcamper of the year along with 2 other amazing member. I ended up winning instructors bootcamper of the year which was a fantastic way to end 2022 with bootcamp. My advice, just come along you won’t regret it.

I came to bootcamp somewhat unfit, I was SO nervous to start and I could barely make it through the sessions. After going for a few months now I am not only fitter but stronger physically and mentally! I love that there is so much variety and it isnt the same every session. Pete is friendly, welcoming and motivating! Lots of equipment at every session too! Would recommend to anyone join, whether they are just starting their fitness journey or just love to work out.

I joined BCUK Waterlooville just after it opened. I had started to lose weight and wanted to get fit. I joined a gym but felt silly and awkward so gave it up. I saw the 10 for £10 offer and decided it was worth a try. Pete welcomed me and before I knew it I was hooked! Three sessions most weeks and genuinely disappointed if I miss one. I have started running cycling swimming and taking part in team challenges, there is no stopping me! It is truly inclusive everyone is friendly and supportive. Pete, Danny and Rob are great instructors. Health warning BCUK Waterlooville is seriously addictive

My wife and I joined Bootcamp UK Waterlooville at the start of the year and after several months we both feel fitter, happier and more confident. Fantastic instructors, extremely friendly and fun group to be part of, I can't recommend highly enough. If you want to get fit, have fun and get to know some great people, join this group.
