Bootcamp UK Southampton

I was already at a bootcamp and enjoying it, but I attended as a friend wanted to try the 10 sessions for £10 but didn’t want to go alone. Best thing I ever did ! I think there must be something in air around Bootcamp as everyone is so friendly and the encouragement and rapport between everyone is fantastic. When people go of ill or injured there is always support from the social page to encourage people to keep them motivated. During the lockdowns when we couldn’t mix the communication continued and different challenges were set up to keep us all interacting and feeling inclusive. One of the best things about Bootcamp is the variation in class, it is NEVER the same so you don’t get bored. The bond that is formed between members to come out in all weathers and actually enjoy rain and cold nights really is special ! The big plus for me is, since coming back after the last lockdown, I am now down to a 32 waist for the first time in 30 years and lost 18 lbs. I can’t recommend Lou Crozier and Bootcamp Southampton enough ! #Teamred

I’ve been attending at least twice a week for about 18 months now and can’t see myself stopping..Doesn’t matter how tired I feel at the start I leave each session energised and positive. The workouts are so varied and fun, working alone, in pairs or groups so you soon get to know everyone. The coaches Lou and Kellie are very approachable and ensure you perform the exercises safely and effectively . It’s not only my go-to for physical health but also allows me to mentally switch off from everyday life and have fun with like minded people. Bootcamp Southampton is the most inclusive and non-intimidating group exercise class I have been to. Great to exercise outdoors in all weathers and inexpensive too! I can’t recommend it enough.

I'm not a big gym fan, as you walk in and work out alone, there is no building friendships or having a laugh. In April I saw this offer and talked a friend into coming with me to Bootcamp UK Southampton a bit nervous of what to expect but at that price nothing to lose. Five months later I've signed up and going twice a week. This is the best thing I have ever done, everyone works as a team and helps each other, I have made friends and have a great laugh. Lou Crozier and Kellie Morris really do work us but you work at your pace. Give it a go, what have you got to lose apart from a few pounds

I just want to say that bootcamp has done so much for me and continues to daily!! It’s not just the fitness which I absolutely love, it’s the social side and the friends I have made from going each week. The support I have had from so many people that I have met through bootcamp while life is tough has been bloody awesome. I can’t thank Lou enough for all she does to make it so amazing and not just a fitness class. Bootcamp is a team and everyone works together. The last 4 years have made a difference in my life and I love it! The best decision I made, was to join bootcamp. You won’t regret it. ?

I reviewed joining BootCamp several times but excused it because I had incorrectly summarised a reasonable fitness is needed before attending (in hindsight, I realise this decision was biased by my own lowered confidence). When I first attended everyone was so friendly and welcoming and is still so very supportive. I remember during the first session I struggled to complete sit-ups and the instructor came-over and quietly recommended to only complete partial sit-ups, 6 months later I’m fitter, stronger, 40 pounds lighter and now attend various BC fitness events and social evenings. To conclude, I rarely complete reviews but if you want to enjoy becoming healthier, more confident and enjoy socialising in a network of positive minded team mates, I sincerely recommend giving BootCamp a go ?

Best money ever spent. Brilliant team run by brilliant people. Made so many great friends and the sessions are awesome. Great social events and when Team Red hit an event, we hit in numbers.

I joined Southampton Bootcamp at the start of the year after seeing the 10 sessions for £10 advertised. I thought I would give it a try so I did and haven’t looked back. Lou and Kellie are both fantastic! Every bootcamp session is different so it really keeps you on your toes and the range of exercises is excellent. I feel fitter, stronger and what I love the most is getting out in the fresh air! , Come rain or shine, Lou & Kellie are there encouraging you to do your best! You push yourself as much as you want, no pressure. The group are great fun and very welcoming. Muddy sessions are just as fun as when it is glorious sunshine! If you are thinking about it….. don’t, just try it and you’ll leave feeling like you want to come back!

Coming back to Bootcamp UK Southampton after a break has been such a positive experience. It’s an amazingly positive and supportive community of people and so friendly. I’m excited to get that fitness level back, as they do get you fit in a really fun way!, and to be achieving things I never thought possible before. This is down to the encouragement and support of the other members, and Lou and Kelly, who are amazing instructors and very supportive!? it also helps greatly in many areas of life, both physical and mental health, socially and being part of a community which are doing great things e.g charity fund raising events, fitness events, and socials. So I highly recommend Bootcamp UK Southampton ☺️
