Bootcamp UK Eastleigh

Bootcamp UK Eastleigh has been so refreshing and is such a great combination of motivating and working hard physically and mentally to get fit and stay fit! but also as a team in such a calm and relaxed way which in itself is an amazing mix! and achievement!?. Everyone in the team is really supportive of each other and the atmosphere is always of being kind and very easy going in general. This atmosphere is created by Nik the instructor who is such a supportive and friendly guy and as-well as being a first rate instructor!, he makes you feel so at ease and comfortable whilst you do challenging exercises and makes it so fun and so varied along the way too! This group has helped me out of my funk of the winter and I’m very grateful for it, and long may it continue with more events and socials to come!

Joined in 2022 after training at home during lockdown. Training three times a week in the outdoors is amazing for the body and mind. This is a sociable group that works hard. The sessions programmed by Nik have a range of challenges for everyone. Great mix of teamwork and independent effort training aimed at building strength and stamina. Never a chore, always enjoyable - found my new happy place at Bootcamp Eastleigh.

My usual interests are Body Pump, Balance, yoga, aqua and sets in the gym. Having lost my mojo at the gym I wanted to try something new. Our summer was so beautiful I couldn’t bring myself to exercise indoors. I saw Bootcamp UK Eastleigh a short distance from home and signed up to 10 taster sessions. I felt so welcome by Nik and the other fitness folk and soon became addicted to the different challenges each time! I was able to attend 3 classes in one week and survive the DOMS. I really enjoy seeing everyone. It is very fun, friendly and sociable. If you are up for a new fitness challenge and would like to meet new people I’d highly recommend this.

Honestly couldn't recommend Bootcamp or Nik enough. I always struggled to motivate myself to exercise so joined in the hopes that i'd be held accountable. I come away from every session feeling happier and can see a massive improvement in my fitness since i've been going. I've made some lovely friends along the way and the whole feel of the group is fab. Nik is a lot of fun and adjusts the exercises for any fitness level or injury. So worth it!

Bootcamp UK Eastleigh is an amazing, supportive and friendly group of people. After a long break off exercise, joining BCUK Eastleigh has helped increase my fitness level in a fun way. I've made some great friends and with their support and the never ending encouragement of our amazing instructor/coach Nik, I have achieved more than I thought possible I highly recommend Bootcamp UK Eastleigh ?

Absolutely brilliant. Nik makes every session fun and everyone is very welcoming. I was nervous about going because I was unfit and I have some physical limitations after injuries and operations but there was nothing to worry about. Nik offers plenty of challenge but safe alternatives to every exercise and you can develop at your own pace. It's an amazing, all-round workout, combining cardio, strength, agility, and laughs - and all in the fresh air. Do it!!

Nik is an excellent motivator! He has the fantastic ability in making hard work fun, providing overall personal improvements and success in getting to your goals. And he is just the kindest coach you’ll ever meet …. He understands you want to make a change and he will help you at every step. Thanks Nik!

Apprehensive signing up but Nik made me feel welcome as have the group over last 5 weeks. Fully signed up member now after introduction offer. Always different each session which is great.
