Really great environment! The gym itself is the perfect size and space. The bespoke plans and accountability keep me on track and motivated. Benjamin is an excellent trainer who truly listens and adapts to my challenges, making each session both effective and rewarding. I appreciate the passion to bring out the best in us. Every workout pushes me to improve. Mariyan's energy and enthusiasm bring an extra positive vibe to the gym. Highly recommend

This is an incredible studio and incredible team. I came here as a beginner (had never lifted weights or worked with a personal trainer) and I've learnt so much, feel so much better, so much stronger and I'm on track to achieve all my goals. I love their holistic approach (looking at strength training, cardio, diet and supplements). Eva my trainer is outstanding, incredibly supportive while pushing me every day and making it a very challenging but rewarding experience. The entire team in the studio is wonderful, there is a really great atmosphere and I always leave happy. Really highly recommend it whether you are a beginner or a pro and looking for a high quality studio in Hampstead / north London.

The trainers at BTX are extremely passionate about what they do and bring out the best in their clients. Benjamin’s my trainer and he has always pushed me to be my best self each session. I have noticed significant progress in my fitness journey and I feel extremely supported throughout my training programme. The training programme and nutrition plan provided has been highly tailored to fit my fitness goals and work in tandem with my lifestyle which I really appreciate. BTX in Hampstead is the best gym in London and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. I train with Mariyan and Simon and they are great — they push me to work hard but are also great to have a laugh with. And Eva, the Head of Operations, is great at answering your questions and helping to book sessions etc. They all help to give the gym a great vibe, and there are never more than 2-3 people working out at one time, making it the perfect place to train whatever your ability and goals. A huge thank you to the team and do not hesitate to sign up!

2 months into a 6 months program and I can very much see the impact. Considering that I have never done weighlifting nor gym workouts, I am impressed of both the results and how I am already feeling more energy and strenghts. Simon as a trainer is truly making some magic. Knowledgeable, focused, flexible and great at creating a positive environment.

I have been working out at the BTX gym - in Hampstead/West Hampstead over the last 3 months. Simon is a fantastic trainer. He helped me achieve my PB and lift heavy weights I didn’t think I could ever do. Highly recommend if you are looking to motivate yourself to make a change and get fitter!

I’ve had a great experience working out at BTX. I have been working with Mariyan and am 8 weeks into the program now. He has been working hard to help me to achieve my ideal weight and body goals which in all has been a fun experience. He takes me through some intensive workouts which have so far (along with the diet regime he has put me on) helped me to lose 5 kilos. The gym is a lovely environment and the team are always so friendly and nice, it’s a great way to start the day. Definitely highly recommend for anyone who is looking to get into shape. Thanks BTX!

BTX Hampstead is an incredible gym. The trainers and the staff are extremely friendly and understanding. I signed up for transformation program a couple of months ago and feel like I am in the best shape of my life. Not only have I gotten stronger and lost weight but most importantly understood the value of tracking my calories. It’s become a lifestyle for me which will serve me well for the future. I train with Mariyan and he has been amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. He knows how to push me and break through my physical and mental limits. I can’t recommend this place enough. It has truly been a transformative journey for me.
