After only 1 group taster session with Luke I have signed up straight away. Having used several PTs in the past, Luke is by far the best I have ever used. He is extremely knowledgable on fitness and nutrition but he doesn’t try and show off or make things unachievable which a lot of trainers tend to do. I am super excited to continue with Luke and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to make positive changes with their health & fitness. 5 stars!

I am only at the beginning of my progression being 2 months in however I can already see results and it’s not just me noticing them. I have been sticking to the dietary goals as much as possible and hitting certain step goals each day. I have also been sticking to the detailed and very helpful plan provided to me and I can see results not only in my physical appearance and strength but it many other areas too.

I find Luke very easy to talk to and communicate with about my goals, current experience and things I need help with/am struggling with. I have signed myself up long term and I cannot wait to see the results going forward!

Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable! I've been working with Luke for the past 9 months and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've dropped body fat, increased strength and become more confident.

Personal Training for the Terrified

After having had a challenging few years from a health / mobility perspective, (both hips replaced, hospitalisation with severe pneumonia and very recently COVID) I was determined to continue exercising after completing my latest course of hospital rehab physio.

My problem was where to start. My self confidence, aerobic capacity and strength were on the floor, throw in muscle imbalances and poor posture, I knew I couldn't even attempt this without help and guidance.

It was friends, also in their 60's, who recommended Luke at Body Reach.

Luke meets you wherever you are. I particularly appreciate the very personalised approach, his understanding and his commitment to helping clients meet their health and fitness goals.

A whole week and three sessions in, I honestly cannot believe what I have achieved already under his guidance, along with lots of wrap around support and advice that is available, I am slowly (at my pace) integrating changes into daily life.

I have already noticed improvements and I feel much more hopeful about what is possible for me in the future.

I started my personal training journey with Luke in October last year.
As an overweight, overworked, over 50 year old I didn’t have the confidence /time/ inclination to join a gym , so made enquiries with Body Reach. I decided to sign up for two PT sessions per week with online support/ monitoring.
This is one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. I feel I am investing in my health (and will hopefully look better !) Luke is a great motivator and very knowledgeable. I feel very confident in him as a trainer in making the workouts safe . He also makes you feel at ease.
Cannot recommend Body reach enough!!

Great first session! I wasn't sure what to expect but I liked Lukes approach. He seems to have a great knowledge base and will adapt your session to what you want or require. I'm aiming to focus on strength training 💪and weights knowledge so no wasting half the sessions on a treadmill or bike 😆...

Been training with Luke for nearly 8 weeks and seeing some good results already.

The programme that Luke creates is never over facing and when training with him he knows when he can push you and get that bit extra from you. His knowledge is great and he keeps the sessions focussed and fun!

I am so lucky to have found Luke & Bodyreach, from the very 1st session he made us feel relaxed and motivated! After 3-4 years of being totally inactive, putting on 3 stone, suffering with perimenopause and a bad back, I am now training 3 times a week & can honestly say I feel so much better! Who'd have thought at 50 I would be back on the fitness wheel! I've always done cardio classes over the years & never ever weight trained but with Luke's guidance & expert training, I am getting better & stronger with every session.
Love the banter with every session & the music always make for a fun session in the evening.
