Our experience with the charming Ben and Sophie, and their team at BNS, was nothing short of exceptional. They took the derelict house we bought, stripped it back to the facade and party walls, and transformed it into a beauty, with a new roof, modern insulation, underfloor heating and new bathrooms and kitchen, also adding a loft and side extension. They were great innovators and problem solvers; the staircase and fire suppression system were hugely challenging but they determinedly got these right and gave us a superb finish. They were punctual and tidy and excellent communicators; we managed this project largely over WhatsApp as I was abroad during most of it. They were also happy to return to solve any matters arising and make sure we were 100 percent happy. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I will!

Ben and Sophie have been extremely helpful and professional throughout the project and they have responded to all my queries swiftly and clearly right from the beginning. My project is mainly to convert a one-bedroom flat into a two-bedroom flat with an open kitchen and carry out renovation work within a block of flats. There were concerns about possible nuisance to my neighbours but the team had always tried their best to minimise disturbance and disruption to my neighbours as well as address their concerns as far as practicable.

The workmanship and work completed by BNS are of high quality and have in many aspects exceeded my expectations. On several occasions when there were changes to the original design, Ben and his team have patiently and effectively accommodated my requests and have been very polite and reasonable in every occasion. Furthermore, Ben had arranged the team to kindly reskim the entire property out of courtesy, which was not part of the original agreed scope of work, simply because Ben wanted me to enjoy an immaculate flat when finished! This shows that Ben will try his very best to come up with a high standard of work and ensure complete satisfaction of his customer. Though the work period was longer than originally envisaged due to unprecedented issues, the problems were resolved smoothly and quickly by the team. I was kept up to date on the work and progress all the time which I really appreciate. It has been a pleasure working with Ben, Sophie and the team, and I am both thankful and grateful for all their kind assistance, helpful advice and professionalism throughout the past few months. I have no hesitation to recommend BNS Construction Ltd to my friends and colleagues should they look for an honest, responsible, competent and quality builder.

Having shopped around for a few months, from the day we first met Ben and Sophie it was clear that they are a very sincere and genuine couple who strive to provide a high value service through their personal and friendly approach towards their clients and operations.

Our ground floor, rear extension and WC conversion wasn’t a large project but still required an element of diligence and care which Ben and Sophie strived to provide, through their team, from day one. As with any similar scope of project some challenges occurred but Ben and Sophie constantly and consistently stepped up and rectified matters, where they were required.

Ben and the team were excellent at staying flexible and working around all of the (inevitable) obstacles that occur during these builds, however, none of these were too big to overcome and Ben was always on hand to listen and provide his assurances and expertise… sometimes working late into the night but always with a smile on his face.

We're delighted with how our extension / conversion has turned out!

Ben is a Rolls Royce of a man. A future titan in his field and someone i could not recommend highly enough. Despite being an outstanding builder Ben is humble, approachable and discerning. Massive thanks to his entire (especially Anton & Almir) team who were always courteous & kind, paying attention to details & able to remedy any issues that arose. Please do not hesitate requesting BNS service. I really cannot thank him & his team enough & this review simply does not do justice to the quality of service BNS has & can provide. 5 star review, but in all honesty if I could rate higher I would.

Had a great experience with BNS Construction. I was recommended them and am very happy with the final product. The quality of work is beyond expectations and was so happy that I asked them to complete another job after. The tradesmen were trustworthy and very accommodating.
I had my bathroom done with new plumbing and tiling. Starting the project with little knowledge the builders and plumber took the time to explain and put me at ease.
