My employer uses Bluestream for online mandatory training.
The e-learning packages are long, tedious, and exceedingly wordy. They are not interactive or engaging. They are boring and tedious. The amount of information that actually goes into one's brain is minimal. It is an exercise in survival. This is a great shame, as they are important topics (such as safeguarding).

Having used Blue Stream for a number of years, I have always been happy with the service, I am sorry that I have had to leave such a low score today.

I was passed over to Daniel in sales today, straight away it felt like he did not want to talk to me, all I wanted to do was discuss new business, and he said, email all your questions and the relevant information and I will look as what you are asking. I am a consultant whom always refers my clients over to Blue Stream for mandatory training, one of my clients mentioned that she had been quoted a high fee of £100 per month for 2 people. I thought that's a lot, I will give them a call as I currently have 4 clients whom will need to sign up for their mandatory training and if the prices have gone up, I would look for another company to refer to.

All I wanted to know was the price, per person but due to GDPR Daniel was unable to discuss this with me, I then said all I want to know is the prices, I don't want to sign anyone up right now, I wished I had never called as I said to him, you clearly do not want to have this call or discuss knew business with me, I think its best I take my business else where, he said something along the lines thank you for your call, I cant discuss due to GDPR.

I am so shock with the professionalism, the understanding of new business and GDPR. No names or business names got mentioned, please pull the call (16.10) if you record your calls.

I have used Bluestream for several years and recently joined as an individual business user. Everyone I spoke to when arranging this was really helpful, nothing too much trouble, quoted, signed-up and paid in one morning. If only all businesses had this approach-highly recommended!

I found the training brilliant. Emily The trainer was very upbeat and smiled the whole way through the training. She explained everything and pointed us to the corresponding [page of the training guide as she went through each section. It was a great insight in how to set up the system and what you can actually do with the system.
Emily went through the training at a pace that was good for me and kept checking if I had any questions.
Emily answered all my questions and even responded back to me quickly after the training when I couldn’t work out how to do something. Amazing service

We have recently asked to extend our service with Blue Stream to include all of the Company’s within our Group and so needed to book onto system training.

The booking was very straight forward, it’s all online via a link; I found a date that suited my time allowances, the system sent me an appointment that I could choose how to save, and just before the training, I was reminded via e-mail with full joining instructions. We’re all busy, so this type of service, for me, is great, it’s basically a built-in reminder that I didn’t have to think about.
On the day of the training, I received an e-mail with further information and was able to join the call at the allotted time with great ease.
Right from the beginning, Emily, my trainer, was helpful, understanding of my needs and just lovely! Emily took me through the training at my pace, and I was able to ask questions as we went along; Emily was quite happy to answer questions around a couple of queries I had as well, which were outside of the training, but linked to the system.
Emily’s knowledge is superb, and I came away from the training feeling confident that I can administer the system, as well as having that added support from Emily, which I know I can call upon at any time when I need it.
