In reality I could and should have written about 10 testimonials so far for Matt so this one is long overdue.
I have lost count of the times that we have contacted Matt to wave his “IT fairy” wand.
From basically leading me through our Cyber Essentials application , to providing and setting up new laptops , switching over our emails and teams accounts , and anything else that we don’t understand , Matt and his team provide A star services with A star personal relationships.

Matt and I were discussing the setup of my emails and my business Microsoft licence, and it became apparent that he was the guy I needed support from to make sure it was all done properly. We had a very informative meeting where he put me in a clear picture of what I needed and what I didn’t. One thing I needed Matt to do was migrate my emails over to a new Microsoft Office Business Account, which he did without any disruption. On top of this Matt also provided me with windows update management, Microsoft 365 business licences on 2 computers, antivirus and threat management with dark web monitoring, disk encryption which is particularly important for the work I do for my clients – ensuring their data is protected by me and full Microsoft 365 backup. If that wasn’t enough Matt has also provided IT and security training. All of this with ongoing remote IT support was part of a package Matt put together for me, at a very reasonable cost. I was so impressed by the work Matt carried out in such a timely manner and just how helpful and informative he was throughout the whole process. I also had a computer that needed updating as it ran very slow, so Matt totally wiped and upgraded it, making it like a new machine. I am over the moon with how Matt has helped and supported my business and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I feel very happy and safe knowing Matt is looking after me in the IT department.
