I could not have been more impressed by the level of support provided by Blackwood IT. They were recommended to support us throughout our Cyber Essentials qualifications and could not have been more helpful, especially as the service we ended up using is not something that they normally offer. Whenever we need anything Ian, Lee and the team are quick to respond and resolve any issues so I do not need to ever worry. Thank you!!

Blackwood initially took over our IT support in West Brom, we have since had them install a new server and a complete new telecoms system. They have now taken over our IT support in Hertfordshire. I cannot recommend Blackwood highly enough.

I.T. is an essential part of my business and finding the right support hasn't been easy. Having used a couple of previous companies I came across these guys.

These guys were very professional. It’s a big deal changing over to a new telephone/IT system in a busy pharmacy and I was dreading it!
But the engineer came in and sorted things out and tidied up a plethora of cables into a neat little box and didn’t leave until we were happy with the set-up.
Great lads; great service; fully recommend.
