"It's a beautiful, tranquil place. You could spend all day here easily it's huge. The children's play areas are spaced out along a gentle 1.2 mile walk, which is a brilliant idea. Each area is different. My son loved doing the stick man trail walk finding all the posts along the route. The food was delicious, filling and reasonably priced. Staff were all friendly and very helpful in the visitors' centre. We went mid-week and it was quiet. Would definitely return in the future. The car park did cost £14.50 which isn't bad if you're there all day, That's the cost for 3+ hours."

Lovely trails and trees - extremely well done with easy walkable paths and great signs throughout. There were people of all ages, buggies, and pups - it really seemed like a nice day out for everyone. Toilets were clean, and it was free though about £4 per hour for the car park.

Loved the experience, lights were amazing. Nice selection of refreshments ie mulled wine/spiced apple, beer, spirits etc, waffles, hot dogs.
We'll definitely go next year!
Only one negative - It's a shame they charge for parking when entry tickets are already pricey though.

Im lucky enough to live close to this wonderful forest and have become an annual member. I have visited often with family and my dog and its honestly so beautiful. The trails are immaculate and the cafe is also great. All the staff are friendly and the whole place is so well looked after. Perfect day out for nature lovers with a fantastic selection of trees. P.s look out for the yellow tags on trees as they are all newly 100 years old!

Bedgebury Christmas Lights were magical! Loved the unique displays—nothing felt repetitive from past years. Highlights were the glowing mushroom roots, mesmerizing lasers, and the stunning musical fountain. A perfect festive experience worth visiting!

Lovely national forest with fabulous large trees and at Christmas a special light show that is well worth the time, expense and fun to see the professional displays. Food and hot drinks around the trail. The lake was mesmerising and woodland is good for the soul. Pay a visit if in the area. Book tickets in advance and whilst parking is plentiful there is a price to pay.

Expensive parking for an otherwise free park. The park was nice in autumn, the paths wet and boggy, so wear appropriate gear. Nothing special in the park itself unless you are particularly interested in pine trees. We were not and would have preferred a walk in any other wood. The cafe was limited and not particularly clean

If you love variety of trees, you can go there. Their collection is rich, 2025 will be 100 years . Good for young kids. They also have cycling and mountain biking trails . There is Go Ape, parking was expensive for me and cafe was very expensive too.
