Fantastic place to visit with friends, family or with the dog. Even at peak times you can walk into the forest and not see anybody. There are multiple trails for walking, running or cycling with plenty of activities for children. Parking is expensive, but becoming a member can make visiting more cost effective.

A really beautiful area that has a plethora of adventure play areas for kids of all ages. Lovely and well maintained bike paths and playgrounds. Lots of picnic tables near the play areas and a Go Ape outdoor adventure course for the brave at heart! I would wholeheartedly recommend. It also has a great cafe overlooking some lovely scenery.

The park is very beautiful, and I know British food is not known for being good... but the food in this café gives a whole new meaning to horrible food. They couldn't even bother to make it hot, doubt it was cooked fresh and probably tried to save energy from the microwave. Incredibly awful; shame google doesn't offer negative star rating.
