I was nervous to start my fitness journey but personal training with Natasha has been the best decision I've ever made. I’ve become leaner and stronger, and my mindset has completely changed for the better. I can't recommend Natasha/Bdy365 enough!

I cannot recommend Bdy365 and Natasha highly enough. The facility is compact, but has everything you need for a good workout, and Natasha will make sure that you work to your limit. An individual approach that helps evolve sustainable lifestyle changes that result in increased fitness and a feel good factor that you can't buy!

Tasha is the most amazing PT there is. Having had 10years away from training I plucked up the courage to get back on track and do something about my fitness and weight. Tasha has turned my life around for the second time, giving me the knowledge and confidence to get back in the gym. Training on a one to one with Tasha is brilliant, she totally understands my weaknesses and strengths. Listens to everything I’ve told her about myself and always encourages me to go for it and push the boundaries. I can’t recommend her enough. If I can do it any one can!

The best! Natasha is so welcoming and knowledgable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The private training space is amazing too. The views are also a bonus! If you are looking for a PT, Natasha is your girl.

Tash has been my personal trainer for about five years now and I have gained so much from working with her on my strength and fitness.
