Hit and miss in the sense the staff inside are great but no one responds to enquiries, emails or phone calls.

Always love a visit to the Baltic, even though their lifts scare the bejeesus out of me. I still think their gift shop is overpriced but considering the whole.thing is supported by donations, it's a good compromise.

Great location so close to the Newcastle/Gateshead quayside. Short walk from Gateshead interchange, with the 93 loop bus passing by the doors. Pay and display car parks very close by too, although pricey.
