Applied for an apprenticeship with this company, had arranged a phone call and was left waiting for hours to receive no phone call. Wasn't until the next afternoon when I rang up to find out the staff member was ill, which is fair enough, however I was never contacted about this at all, didn't find out until I rang up myself. Then, when we rearranged the phone call, she stopped half way to in short to say I didn't have the correct experience for the apprenticeship, even though nowhere on the job advert stated any form of experience was needed. I was then told I would be sent some courses and information regarding the marketing field, however was never contacted again at all with any form of information or course. Poor.

I’d previously had a bad experience with Baltic a few years or so back when looking into an apprenticeship.
