I completed the 'Decoded' program from Axia in August, which is a great introduction to the proprietary strategies taught there. I have spent £thousands and a fair few years on various courses and mentors, and although they have given me a good foundation, Axia is in a different league. My main reason for suggesting this is due to the way Richard and the guys allow you to understand the psychology of the other market participants - which has given me thought processes and strategies based on the probability of what others will do - not just to concentrate on my internal psychology, even though the course covers this too.

I cannot recommend Axia enough - my entire outlook on the market has changed exponentially for the better.

For several years I have researched the quality of training in the Trading sphere. I was almost at a juncture where I was leaning on 1 of 2 quality persons in the USA. Many profess to be good but not everyone has the pedigree. By chance I came across Axia, did my background checks and watch a few of Brannigans tutorials. This changed everything. When I came across an opportunity I had to take it even though I didn't have the money at that time. You need to invest in yourself if you want to succeed and you must do it properly. The course was taught by Richard who is a walking encyclopedia and an absolutely excellent instructor. Alex also teaches and between the three of them it is apparent that there are 3 different styles. However the focus on human brain interaction and concepts of cognitive adaptation is clear. The course itself builds from an introduction to trading through central banks and economics and then the whammy that most traders fear - how to trade the news. Yes the news,! by the end of this course you will not have fear, you will not hide, you will be full of smiles and ready to hit the bids. I feel privileged to be part of this unique group and hope I can become Axia Desk trader. So if you are serious about your trading, join the very next program . If you are serious about trading commit to this course. It will expand your knowledge of the financial markets exponentially and provide you with unparalleled insights into the lives of real, profitable and professional traders. I cannot thank the Axia Team enough. The course is intense and packed with comprehensive information. It is structured with blend of live and recorded sessions in a way that allows for a flexible approach to fit in with any lifestyle; but do not underestimate the commitment and focus that is required. I did not know how much I did not know. Richard's depth of knowledge is just mind blowing and Alex's coaching and advice inspirational. This course is much more comprehensive than other courses I have purchased. Other courses I have taken have taken the appealing approach of focusing on one simple narrow approach to trading that you can learn and practice in a week's time and be profitable. Only, after months of using the approach you get the feeling that the market is not as predictable or understandable as you'd hoped. The Axia Futures approach takes a much broader view of trading covering many asset classes and economic drivers. It feels like a Master's or Doctorate degree in trading (if there was one). After the course, the market is far more understandable. You may not be able to predict whether the market will break or consolidate at any given moment, but you will be able to understand why it's doing what it's doing. Suddenly, you have a much bigger picture and understanding of the market and not just a tiny sliver. The teaching is incredible. Literally, incredible. It is obvious that the goal of the course is to develop you into an excellent trader as quickly as possible because the course is a pathway they use to develop trading talent for their trading firm. If you don't want to feel lost in the markets and want to have a better understanding of what's happening and why then this is the course for you.

The quality of the course was outstanding. I learnt so much in a short space of time and left with a framework of how to keep learning, developing and evolving as a trader. The class size was small (there were 3 people in my group) which allowed everyone to get the most out of their time at Axia and focus on their own development.
Richard was a brilliant mentor and everyone on the floor was accessible and happy to talk to you about what was going on in the markets.
It was a powerful combination of expertise, learning, continuous development and feedback which improved my trading unbelievably in such a short space of time. This has enabled me to continue to trade well and grow as a trader since. I would highly recommend taking the course.

I just completed the Axia Futures Career Programme as part of the Sept 22 cohort. I can say and write a lot of things about the course - which I will do in a moment, but the true verdict is clear: I have decided to enrol on the 12-month Axia Blueprint Coaching track which will help me consolidate and build on the skills I learned during the past 6 weeks. It is expensive but having experienced the 6 week Career Programme there was never any doubting the decision.

Looking back on the Career Programme itself, I can say with confidence that it is the most well-structured, information rich training programme I have participated in (and that includes 25 years of Corporate life). From the very start of the program, trainees are brought through a rapid fire, but extremely well throught-out, curriculum.

It starts with some Technical Analysis fundamentals where the focus is on chart patterns, volume and price action rather than introducing hundreds of confusing and often contradictory indicators. Then the course moves onto the core - Market Profile and Order Flow. Both of these weeks alone were worth the price of the course. In Weeks 4-6 there is a shift towards more nebulous and challenging topics - Events, Risk Management, Psychology, Routine and Journaling, News and Macro Trading etc.

All throughout the course, we were given access to a set of training videos, supplemented by one or two live sessions per day with Richard. A special note on Richard - the guy we all know from the Youtube videos: he is just fantastic. His depth of knowledge and experience of trading in all sorts of market conditions made the experience really come to life. He was simply fantastic - a huge asset to Axia and a lovely guy to learn from. A brilliant combination of knowledge, humour patience and no-nonsense at crucial moments. All course materials are supported by a Discord chat group (horizontal learning seems to play an important role too here) and access to the Tradovate / Jigsaw simulated trading account/platform.

There is a huge amount of material to digest and assimilate, and it will not happen during the 6 weeks. I personally followed the lectures religiously but got side-tracked in setting up my own Futures Trading platforms and screens and missed out on some important SIM practice. However, I expect that for the next 6 months to a year, the added focus and structure provided by the Blueprint Course will help me to secure the knowledge and help me progress in a methodical way toward my objective of transitioning from full time stock investor to professional Futures Trader.

The course was a truly fantastic experience from start to finish and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Richard, Alex and the whole Axia team.

The career programme has to be one of the best and complete in-house training courses currently on offer from a prop firm.

The course has a well-integrated coverage of market profiling, technical and macroeconomic analysis alongside a big emphasis on developing order flow/ladder-based skills. The examples used in the course are taken from real trades done by the traders at Axia. Moreover, event and news-based trading is also heavily covered, including ways to execute and manage these trades.

Critically, the course focuses on the execution and combination of these skills, which other courses or learning resources fail to address. This is what separates this course among others – the focus on developing execution skill which can only be taught by those with a vast amount of real experience.

The course also provides an in-depth view on developing a framework and process on integrating and adapting in learning the above and developing this into your personal edge.

Practically, the group is kept small, which gives great opportunity for focus and individual engagement. Moreover, each part of the course is recorded live with superb quality and available for later review. There are a lot of hands on drills and replays integrated with the theory which is great for consolidating the theory with actual practice. This was especially useful in shortening the learning curve in regards to order flow/ladder execution.

Massive thanks to Richard who is an excellent instructor and coach. Each part of the course was delivered with great clarity, pace and expertise. You could tell that he constantly draws out practical examples and explanation from his wealth of tested experience throughout the course. Also, thanks to Alex and others who made this course possible!

Ultimately, not only is the course outstanding in terms of personal trading development, but the calibre of the traders involved with the course and those at Axia is what makes the entire learning experience unique.
