Thank you very much Anne-Marie and Jess for your excellent coaching on the Senior Leadership course. I found the sessions brilliant - interesting, engaging, practical and immediately applicable. I particularly enjoyed the focus on culture and how being intentional and over signaling certain behaviours can build autonomy within a team. Understanding why people can behave in negative ways, what belies this and exploring antidotes provides a healthy and readily accessible toolkit if and when needed. I recently attended a 3 day senior leadership course run by the Aspire Leadership company. Our facilitators on the course were Jess and Annemarie. They were both very knowledgeable, conveying information in a succinct and considered manner.

This course served as both a refresher but also gave new insights and ways to think about and manage many leadership challenges that are faced day to day.

The format of having a small group of attendees (7 in total) works really well. We were able to share real life and work experiences in a safe space. With people coming from different work backgrounds and experiences, there really is a lot to be learnt from others on the course.

I found it a really meaningful and helpful course that was pitched at the right level for a senior leadership course.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Aspire Leadership for the content and running of this course.

I attended a Presentation Skills course with Aspire Leadership, and I thoroughly enjoyed the day. I took away a lot of helpful feedback, and tools to use in the future when doing presentations or having conversations at work, either in a group or one to one. Marcus and Kate were excellent coaches, and the structure and content of the day were perfect for what I was looking for. It has been a really fascinating couple of days learning from Lucy and Andrew all about line management. They gave us lots of tips and information, research and literature, applied to real life examples acted out in the session with the participants.
