Totally brilliant. Thank goodness he took this shop on. I'd used it before with the previous owners, and was not impressed at all. What a difference Jon has made. I recently had a failed battery in my laptop and also wanted to organise an external hard drive for backup. Jon was very responsive and provided an excellent service. It is evident that the company has new and very good management.

I asked Jon if he could look into doing a system upgrade to my iMac. Unfortunately we discovered that my machine was just too old to do that. Despite spending a number of hours checking this out Jon didn't charge me anything. It rare in this day and age where someone tries to help you but sadly can't and then doesn't charge you ! Can't recommend this place enough 🙂

The fan on my laptop was noisy so took it in to be looked at. They kept the laptop overnight to check the make of fan in order to replace it. Phoned me the next day to say it isn’t powering on and the motherboard may be broken. It was working fine when I took it in apart from a noisy fan. Told me it would cost £500 to replace motherboard or I could pay for a refurbished board for £150. Given that the laptop was working and there response to it breaking in their possession was “these things can sometimes happen” I will not be back. Laptop was expensive and less than 2 years old, now junk.

David Harvey very good I recently phoned up to see if I could bring both my ipad and iphone 7 as both had broken screens to see if they could be replaced the same day. He fitted me in and repaired them for me within 3 hours, very reasonably priced as I compared with a couple of companies in Derby in which was charging more plus the inconvenience of driving their

I recently visited shop looking for a brand new laptop not being very pleased as all they sell is second hand equipment. Shop looks like it's closing down had nothing I wanted. I ended up buying a laptop from PC World not much more than they are here with 12 months warranty and better specs. I also purchased wifi adapter, wireless mouse and other things cheaper than they are here.

How this place manages to stay open
I definitely wont be coming here much better with previous owners

Hi thankyou for all of your help today you really helped my daughter out with her ipod and at a decent price too. I was their when the wifi adapter was sold and think that review is wrong as you have to charge for business purposes to cover costs so feel for you running a business myself in which it can be hard at times

I will go their again as been informed at they undertake Apple repairs and transfers videos to dvds for little cost.
