Just came back from shopping at the Asda Oadby superstore. Of all the branches in East Midlands I have been to , unfortunately, this one is the worst in terms of staff behaviour. They are incredibly rude. When it happened the first time, I thought I would let it pass but it happened again today.
Also an appreciation for the staff at the Abbey lane store. I was a regular there for 3 years. Not once have I encountered such rudeness there

One of the worst run superstores...some staff are friendly..some like Hansa need to get an equiquette in customer services. Tea incorrectly priced...mentioned to the them previously and obviously had not done anything about, as same issue today. Obviously think I like wasting my weekend /time. Just one of constant issues. Jeff the Manager is either incapable of running or his staff are not motivated. Been shopping there for 30 years..gone downhill massively. The store is reflective if the Group. Shame can't give minus ratings. Shop at all the major superstores..to reiterate this is got to be the worst

We have been going to this Asda for over 22 years.. over the past year we have noticed a rapid decline in the quality of the store!! The floors are filthy, empty boxes everywhere, staff walking into you with crates not watching where they are going, food out of date in fridges, some deli pizza counter staff moody and don’t give you what you have asked for, it’s such a shame as this place used to be my go to super market but no more.. if I could give it 0 stars I definitely would.

Nice place to do shopping, staff is ok too just like any other supermarket, they have plenty of parking space so no issue of finding parking up there. All in one shop Asda . I have visited there many time to shop and my experience is fine. They have guideline there for Covid but not enforced just things are there to clean if you want otherwise did not see anyone dedicated to ensure that guidelines are being followed at least in my observation.

Recently just had a horrible customer service experience at this store. One employee by the name of Penny was extremely rude to myself on two occasions in the space of 20 minutes. Once at parcel collection and the other at the till. Horrible experience.

I've been going to this store for years but it's getting worse. Finding parking is absolutely terrible, the queues, the traffic, etc. Inside the shop tills are closed when you have massive checkout queues. The pricing is ridiculous compared to Aldi and Lidl. Worst of all security seems to follow you around just because you look different. My trolleys seized up at the door because they think I'm robbing the place even after I've paid. Ridiculous. At least the store is big and has most things.

Please, please bring back tils. This is such a poor Asda, horrible shopping experience every time we go.
I also tried to just call the store this morning with a query. The automated system keeps you on the phone for ages, without actually letting you speak to anyone, and then hangs up on you.

Asda staff please stop walking up to me in the self-service area and patting down my empty shopping bags without asking. If you wish to search a persons' belongings you need to ask for permission first.
