I've recently switched to Aquiss and couldn't be happier. From a technical perspective, the service has been absolutely faultless, rock-solid and reliable. On top of that, the customer service is simply unparalleled: friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

Simply fantastic. I signed up to Aquiss wanting to get away from a mainstream ISP and Martin had my swapped over the very next day. Absolutely no issues with the transfer, PPPOE details sent in an email and popped into my router on the go live date saw me connected in seconds. Definitely not the cheapest ISP, but as they say, you get what you pay for. Hopefully nothing goes wrong, but I get the impression that if it does, I’ll be speaking to somebody that actually understands and won’t have to listen to frustrating call centre scripts.

If I was to have any feedback at this early stage it would be to see more data in the control panel, but that’s a very minor thing and absolutely non-essential.

I was recommended Aquiss by neighbour who has been using them for some time. My BT contract is about to end. Not being overly techy I rang to ask about their packages. 'Have I looked online?' yes but not sure what I'm looking at. Proceeded to check my area and can only have Sogea 80 (whatever that means), no you can't have a landline unless you have VOIP? oh and buy your own modem, goodbye. A little more explanation to us not so techy people would have been nice, a shame because all of the reviews are excellent.

Been with Aquiss for three years now with their 1Gbit service, absolutely faultless

I was quite impressed with their honesty regarding offering 1Gbit down and up on OpenReach, they made the right decision as OpenReach has made it very expensive on the consumer side of the network to the point of Aquiss saying it's not financially viable to anyone, this is not their fault but with BT OpenReach.

Martin is excellent, his prompt responses to queries and his knowledge is impeccable. 🙏

Aquiss is a standout broadband provider that genuinely delivers on reliability, fantastic customer service, and ease of setup. Having tried a few broadband providers over the years, I found Aquiss notably impressive. After nearly ten years with my previous provider, switching to Aquiss was a breath of fresh air. The internet speeds are not only fast but consistently stable, and their customer service is top-notch.

Even though I had an existing connection, Aquiss efficiently organised a new setup in a more suitable location in my home. The engineers were professional and ensured everything was perfectly set up. It's reassuring to know that when I reach out for assistance, I speak directly with the ISP, receiving personal attention rather than dealing with a distant, outsourced service.

Aquiss truly brings back the essence of quality and care in service, making it a rare gem in the industry today. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a dependable and customer-focused internet service provider.

Aquiss, in my opinion (and clearly many many other customers'), is an absolutely outstanding company.
Never have I experienced this level of exceptional customer service, whilst still receiving great value for money.

Internet is okay but they will charge you £45 no matter when you cancel, if you want to continue you still have to pay 45. I highly do not recommend!!! Wish I can give 0 stars

I thought I had already written a review for Aquiss... Apparently not, so here it is.

In one word, Aquiss are fantastic. They are super customer focused and their support is second to none. I struggle to find a bad thing to say about them. Aquiss have excelled in every area to provide a good, reliable and fast fibre connection for our business. We had some trouble with a workshy contractor for Openreach not wanting to get his ladders from his van. Lots of pushing from Aquiss and then a different, friendly contractor came and did the work the first contractor should have done!

We have had Aquiss fibre now for about a year. Setup was a breeze, but then I do have lots of IT experience. I have put in a couple of support calls for small things and Aquiss have been very prompt and helpful in getting them sorted or giving me the info I requested. We have their 1000 Mbps package and the speeds are quite consistent with their offering. They do sometimes vary a little but on average I see around 900Mbps down and about 106Mbps up. Really can not complain in the slightest as the package from Aquiss is cheaper than the Virgin cable I have at home, and 5 times faster.

We run our own in house server on Aquiss' fibre, along with a VOIP system and everything just runs smooth. We had one small blip a few months ago. It could have been our end, I'm not sure. I was out of the office, but instructed to reboot the router (USG) and it's been great since. I would estimate something around a 99.9% uptime. I couldn't ask for more.

Aquiss use Whatsapp for notifications and updates which is really nice as I see them as they happen, and the recently introduced customer forum is just gravy! I love the approach to communicating with their customer base, something a lot of companies seem to have lost over the years.

I am eagerly waiting for FTTP on my home street and then I can change my home internet from Virgin to Aquiss fibre.

Well done Aquiss, you broke the mould!
