I bought machines from James Carr of this company after he advised me to buy a machine from a company going into liquidation, buy it for this price we can turn that over easy, oh buy this one from me with an annual service agreement so I did as I know him I trusted him. In the terms it’s a rolling contract now find that despite telling him I want to sign for a year I’m with this shower until January 2019. Be careful of the terms and don’t rely on good service and oh if you’re out of toner we send it before you completely run out! Really? I drove to Brierley hill so my domiciliary carers received rotas otherwise calls would have been missed! Don’t upset accounts so when they shout at you and raise their voices don’t shout back the Director is her husband oh dear not good
