Just popped in on the offchance (at 8pm!) they might be able to print a QR code label and send a returns package. Lovely service and fast. Thank you!

Really rude, miserable staff - that were clearly muttering under their breath about me. They ignored me when I first got to the till and continued to count the money, all very rude. I felt I was putting them out by needing to use the service they are paid to provide.
The opening hours change constantly - the staff seem to pick and choose themselves when they open. I went there one day at 4 to be told it was closed but would be open until 3 the next day. I got there at 2.30 the next day to find it closed again.
The staff lack any customer service skills and obviously hate their jobs. I would avoid using this branch if possible.

I checked before leaving work what time the post office closed, 5.30 pm great but when I get there its closed with a sign saying you can be served at the till during normal business hours, but now apparently the normal hours are we are closed a 4pm

I urgently needed a travel money card so had get one in the branch and not online. The process was extremely efficient and the help I received at the counter was excellent, friendly and polite.

Place is a joke. Opening times are never updated. Staff take lunch at random times. A complete lottery as to whether it’s open at any time of the day. Don’t bother.

Horrible customer service, literally was ignored by staff when trying to ask a question as she was too busy counting money, not even a nod of acknowledgement... I literally just left..
