Recently got my down jacket washed and repaired at the Ambleside store. Fab service throughout, they were able to do it all right before I left on a prolonged trip so was an urgent matter and I hadn’t given them much notice. The repairs are solid and my jacket feels like new. Also a fair price for the quality of repair and service!

They have some great products at great prices, but every time I’ve been in the shop they haven’t had the sizes of clothes I’m looking for which is unfortunately a bit disappointing when you make the trip to the store. The sunglasses in the store today were also all scratched and they only had a couple of the models on show.
