This gym is fantastic! Its family run and extremely family oriented. The instructors are dedicated, personable and super knowledgeable. The facility is always clean and well organized. My 17yr old daughter, 9 yr old son and 6 yr old son have been going here for 3 years now and Love it. If you looking for a place to get your kids active while teaching them respect, discipline and self defense skills that can be applied in the real world then look no further
