So disappointing 😞
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
Disappointed us twice. They fixed the training date and time, we turned up for the First Aid training and the trainer didn't show up. Alliance Learning didn't bother call us to let us know that the training was cancelled. Wasted our time and can't even apologise for wasting our time. They don't deserve a single star. So unprofessional

Alliance learning staff were suppose to come to our site in Bolton to do the training. All our staff turned up for First Aid training after waiting for half an hour we have to ring them and they said that the training was cancelled. This is so unprofessional

I have put a one star because I can't give it a zero a full class turned out today to do first aid training with this company and the trainer never showed upto to the right address during to bad communication and the secretary not doing the job she is positioned and paid to do , they then blamed our ceo of not sending the right email which was proven that she had but then the trainer would not come back out to us , I recommend avoiding using these unless u want to pay for room hire that u didnt use due to there lack of people skills

Am very disappointed to have been told our training session is cancelled on the day . I have changed my day to do this training course. It's very bad for a staff member not to get things right or even check destination

Dreadful lack of service and lack of care as our trainer DID NOT TURN UP AGAIN
WE WILL NOT BOOK THIS TRAINING COMPANY AGAIN, they are totally unreliable and really don't care about their customers!
Definitely NOT recommended ☹️

Training for 2 days on H&S Passport ECITB/CCNSG. We all know how much we don't want to have to sit these courses but this was well structured quick and easy. £150+VAT.

I wouldn't recommend using alliance learning, unforseen circumstances ment i wasn't able to travel to take my course tried to get in contact to reschedule? nothing, they think it's acceptable to take your money and then ignore you🤔
