Ordered paint on next day delivery, it never arrived. No reply to emails or phone message from seller as to whereabouts of goods. Eventually received a full refund after 30 days from Klarna, who had processed my original card payment, but this was done with no help or communication from seller.

Wish I had read previous reviews!

Ordered 5 tins of paint online with 1-2 day delivery quoted, a week later nothing arrived. Phoned and told I had not paid enough for delivery so they had not sent and had made no attempt to contact me. Reluctantly paid a further £6 (taking delivery charge to £12).

2 days later, 3 tins paint arrived. No mention of items to follow and packing list clearly showed 5 tins. Emailed, no reply. Called a week later and run out of stock so on back order. Now been waiting over 2 weeks for delivery!

When I have spoken to them on the phone, they are rude and unhelpful. Prices aren't that competitive and only used as site showed it as in stock and wanted it quickly!

Purchased a pizza stone online. Almost 4 weeks later and no delivery. Received an email immediately to inform me the order was successful and payment received- but nothing since. 3 weeks later I phoned eventually getting a reply on day 3. Apparently I was emailed to notify of a delay. I checked my emails and junk and no such email received. I pointed out the many poor reviews from people with the same experience, but the reply was ‘we have many happy customers’.
I requested a refund- to be told Id have to email them. They refused to email me to confirm that there was a delay in the product so I could reply to that email trail.
I emailed them on Tuesday to request a refund- but no refund and no email in reply. (Its now Saturday). I have sent a further email as they clearly do not staff their phones- and demanded the refund. Time to warn others not to use them.

Worse than useless. Wish I could give a MINUS star rating.
In short, I ordered my goods and paid my money. They made a mistake and sent me the wrong items.
Several weeks later after many frustrating phonecalls and all my emails ignored, I am still out of pocket and left with goods which I didn't order or want.
I asked for a prepaid returns label to return the items and get a refund but this store does not have the capability to do this. They promised to send a courier instead ........... which never arrived.
I wonder if this is in fact a genuine company or just some bloke operating out of his garage?
Be warned, unless you want to waste a lot of time and throw away your money ........ AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I've never been more disappointed about a product or a service in my life. I feel like I was being robbed by this so called "Superstore". I ordered a product through the biggest online shop in Romania and I have received a different one. I received the necessary assistance from this local website to return the product, but they had to deal with the unprofessional staff from Alex company. Its been 1 month and a half since the moment I raised the complain and I haven't received my money back. My advice is to avoid ordering anything from this company, I think people from UK should report them to the respective authorities.

Refusing to deliver an outstanding order because I gave them 3 stars out of 5 on a order . what do you expect when I have paid you and still have outstanding items waiting to be delivered . They called today and said because you gave us rubbish feedback we are not sending you your order and can have a refund . This was before asking me to change my review . You couldn't be more unprofessional if you tried. Feedback is part of business and by the looks on the reviews below I am not the only person .. you can not bully people into feedback . All I wanted was my completed order . A real shame that a company finds this acceptable .

Ordered few bottles of lawn feed spray, received email to say order confirmed and will email again once processed and dispatched. I never received a second email. Still no sign of goods 2 weeks later and I have emailed them twice but no reply. Randomly received refund about a month after initial order.. no email etc.. strange.

It's easy to leave a negative review, especially when many businesses are struggling with staffing and stock due to the pandemic.

I looked all over for some fence paint but everywhere was out of stock, but I found that Alex Superstore had the product I wanted in stock at a great price.
I was dubious after reading some of the reviews, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I ordered 10 litres on Wednesday evening and it arrived on Friday afternoon. They emailed with tracking details and everything went as expected.
I would definitely use them again.
