Completed a gas course with this company so was an ex student signed back up to do plumbing course on the 7th September and the course went live on the 16th of September but my employer does not recognise the certificate and wanted me to do there own course. So went to cancel down on the 28th of September and I was out side of my 14 days cooling of period by 7 days that's it but my course went live on the 16th which two week from there is 30th but that don't count.. I have now been charge the deposit of close to £300 plus a £500 for a cancellation fee as apparently they have lost out some how as I was only doing webinars ? O well I will look to do my electric course else were.

Just finished 8 weeks bricklaying course with Richie. He was a great bloke, very helpful and learnt everything I needed at the right pace. He was professional and I would definitely recommend him as a tutor. I did however witness other tutors who acted less professional and was very aggressive threatening to break my car window at one point for no good reason.

Very bad organisation skills, no tools provided, rude customer service. Ones you pay money for the training course they change the attitude and are rude! Be aware, if you are in training centre Cardiff, all the placements needs to be in Cardiff, they do not have any other alternative. Only the sales team has, so before you pay money everything is possible, after they are just rude! They do not respond to complaints! Very disappointed.

The training facilities and courses here are outstanding, the vast knowledge of Lee was amazing. At first I was sceptical about how fast passed the course would be as I had no prior knowledge in the trade but the course took us from basics to advanced practices seamlessly. I would recommend access training to anyone.
