Positives:

The gym itself is a good size with lots of different types of equipment.

The gym supports charities for children and the proceeds are donated to a good cause.

The monthly fee is very cheap, but it comes at a cost (see negatives).

Negatives:

The gym is not cleaned every day and they don't employ a proper cleaner.

The changing rooms especially the showers are filthy and there is usually a rather unpleasant odour.

When cleaning issues are raised with the staff, they don't respond and actively delete any comments on the internal forum.

I am happy that I have the opportunity to visit Absolutely fitness Bracknell.
Wow. Perfect. A place where you feel yourself. You improve the quality of government and I have never experienced such a wonderful human and friendly approach anywhere.
Music.. great possibilities for group exercise or in the comfort of individual improved bodybuilding. Water for refreshment, good air, exercise machines and exercise rooms, plus another cozy area just for girls and women.
The entry price is very attractive, unrivaled in comparison with how everyone can improve their health, appearance, but also their feeling and life.
It is the best DECISION

Joining a gym can be intimidating, especially when it feels like you're stepping into unfamiliar territory. That's exactly how I felt when I reluctantly signed up at Absolutely Fitness in Bracknell accompanied by two friends who were far more excited about it than I was.

One aspect of this gym that caught my attention right away was their separate female area. As a woman, this provided a sense of comfort and privacy that encouraged me to take the first step through their doors. Yet, despite this initial reassurance, I still found myself feeling lost when it came to gym equipment, unsure of where to begin.

Feeling adrift, I decided to explore the class offerings. It was a decision that changed everything. From the moment I participated in my first class, I was hooked. The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, guiding me through each session with patience and encouragement. What I appreciated most was the inclusive atmosphere; regardless of skill level, everyone was made to feel welcome.

Before I knew it, I was attending double classes on a daily basis, enjoying the classes and making new friends. What started as a means to simply "get through" my gym sessions became the highlight
of my day, a space where I could push myself beyond my limits and emerge stronger each time.

As my confidence grew within the gym walls, I found myself venturing into the main gym area, trying out machines and exercises I never would have considered before.

What began as an obligation transformed into a source of self-discovery. To anyone hesitant about joining this gym, my advice is simple: don't let fear hold you back. You never know where it might lead you. Get out of your comfort zone!

I hate to say but this place just isn't up to scratch. Loads of old equipment warn down interior. It's rather depressing inside in all honesty.

A lot of the equipment is faulty which from the perspective of a gym user is a major health and safety hazard. I was quite stunned myself but it was probably the thing that put me off the most.

The staff themselves seem pretty helpful so I can't fault them but the facilities are just not right. The owner needs to really work on investing on a refurb and bringing in new equipment.

Great gym with a nice atmosphere - doesn't feel like the usual commercial gym. Staff are friendly and helpful, and membership prices are reasonable. Lots of equipment - although one of the 40KG dumbbells has been missing lately?

There's regularly new pieces of kit (most recently an entire new area) and improvements in general to the whole gym are frequent. I'm pretty sure opening times are soon to be lengthened too.
