Child applied here a few years ago, was one grade away from accepted. Had exceptional circumstances which the sixth form said they would take into consideration. This met my child had to retake Maths and German. German teacher stated she would enter my child into the exam and study one day a week in the evenings. When it came down to it she didn’t fulfil what she had promised and ignored are emails. I took matters into my own hands brought all the materials and practice with my child. I wanted to enter my child for the higher tire king Ed’s were scared due to statistics, in case didn’t abstain a certain grade. Was put foundation tire. Ended achieving the highest grade on foundation paper. Then king Ed’s turned around saying oh could of put your child in for the higher paper🙄
Which I had to push in the first place to get my child to be able to sit the German exam.
I don’t under stand why Abbeygate, we’re so funny as there linked to west Suffolk college and Suffolk one ( all run by the same people)
I reached out to the staff at Abbeygate to say thank you for your help child achieved the grade. No response their loss are gain ❤️

A great sixth form to develop academically and socially in an environment suited to young adults 🙂 - highly recommended from the perspective of a STEM student!
