I cannot rate Georgie, Tom and the team highly enough. Myself and three teenage daughters have been attending for a while now, with amazing outcomes not only in fitness levels, but more importantly in self esteem, confidence and all round feel good. A very accepting group of all levels who have fun and enjoy all the benefits together. A fantastic experience for all!!!

When I joined OneElement almost a year ago, I was a little apprehensive, but this was unfounded. I was welcomed by such an inclusive group of people and coaches that I felt part of the team very quickly. Exercising outdoors in all weather is so fulfilling, and to do it with such a great bunch of people makes it a lot of Fun. It is highly recommended!

Great coaches, a great variety of training/exercises with a group of people who motivate, support and encourage each other and make everyone feel welcome. Plus it's all outdoors, whatever the weather, which gives you a real boost. Love being part of it!
