I did a pork pie cookery session with JoJo and produced the most delicious pies I have ever eaten in my life. JoJo is a super knowledgeable and passionate cook and the pies were simply delicious. I added some black pudding and haggis to mine. Highly recommend her sessions - she runs loads of different classes from her home in SW London from bread making to french macarons.

We had such a wonderful time at CCC last evening to celebrate a birthday. Tash was AMAZING and made sure the evening was super relaxed, enjoyable and full of deliciousness. I’d recommend this evening to everyone. Met some lovely people there too!

We had such a great time at this class, it was a really chilled evening and we made some great chocolate truffles. There was no waste and we got to taste lots of chocolate along the way, but what made the class was how much of a lovely host JoJo is! I had to rearrange our booking a couple of times and JoJo was so accommodating and when we got to the class she completely made it by being so lighthearted and funny and brought such a lovely energy! You can't help but walk away from this class in a good mood - thanks for a great evening JoJo! Xx

The class itself was a fun class. We enjoyed the process and the company was great. While making your pizza, you can listen to music of your choice from her Amazon device. It was lovely to listen to the different genres that people like, and got to know some new songs too. I enjoyed making the pizza and getting to know the group that came along for the day.

The not so good stuff.

1. The fact that it clearly says BYOB on the website, then she goes on to charge you £2 per person for bringing your own drink. This is not advertised on the website so I thought it was a very shoddy thing to do.

2. For all her creativity, she doesn't seem to put much effort into keeping the place clean. Considering that you're dealing with food, I expect a certain level of hygiene. I asked to use the toilet, and the walk upstairs left me worried.
- The bathroom could use a little Cilit bang/Viakal or simple Vinegar.
- The dustbin was overflowing with tissues now spilling to the floor. We were her first guests so it was very obvious that it was from the day before.
- The floors could do with a sweep. the stairs were littered with dirt and God I was worried for the pre-made dough because she just seemed quite oblivious to the concept of cleaning.
- We seemed to scraping the bottom of condiments which to me just was like being at home and cooking with your sister rather than a professional paid for service.

- When it came to putting our pizzas in the oven, she really brought out a rumpled up parchment paper from God knows where, and I cringed for my life.

All in all, I would not go back there because while Jojo is a lovely host, my stomach doesn't take kindly to unhygienic surroundings.

3 of us went to the pizza making class and had the best time. JoJo is so lovely and welcoming, and talks you through all the steps to make the perfect pizza dough. Would highly recommend.
