As some google ratings refer to the experience as a new hire at Lepaya, I’d like to share my own experience: positive to highly positive.

I’ve been with the company for good four months now and am satisfied and happy with my decision to join the company, because I made very good experiences with Lepaya as an employer so far. Here are some highlights of my experiences: being seen and acknowledged by top management, HR managers having open doors for supporting conversations, active DEI community work, fun and valuable team events and foremost, Lepaya has a sense of learning culture in its DNA that shows in many regards when working here.

In a nutshell, I am sorry to read some people made misfortunate experiences as new hires. Personally, I made very good ones so far and recommend Lepaya as an employer in many regards.

New hires beware.
Echoing Kung’s review. I moved internationally for this role and was terminated before I even began. They called me the day after I arrived in the Netherlands to let me know I no longer had employment with them after I had quit my job and moved across the world.
The lack of planning was astonishing and the effect it had on my personal and professional life was astronomical. I can’t speak to the software, just my experience as a “new hire”.

Horrible company. Avoid at all costs. This review is especially for job seekers.
Just so this does not sound as spam I’ll give you an example:
This company that deals with people and how to reach them power skills. Fired people they hired two months ago before them joining over the phone. Shows the lack of planning and more importantly the lack of ethical practice. Especially these people have left respective jobs for that opportunity.
In a nutshell stay away, companies like this one are better left alone as they fade in the background (don’t worry their management will bankrupt them)
