Ik heb de training van Communicatie Helden als erg prettig ervaren! Ik was van tevoren een beetje bang dat de groep groot zou zijn en er allerlei lui in zaken pakken zouden zitten en ik mij niet comfortabel zou voelen. Uiteindelijk waren we met 3 vrouw sterk en de trainster Femke. Ze nam ons goed mee in de stof en was duidelijk en helder in haar communicatie en tijdens het oefenen. Ik heb bruikbare tools meegekregen om zowel feedback te kunnen geven als te ontvangen. De lunch achteraf was een heerlijke afsluiter. Ik raad Communicatie Helden van harte aan!
