To be honest, I had no idea how impactful working with Phil during his leadership experience would be and continue to be for me. My personal awareness grew immensely but even more so my awareness of how to have confidence in my unique abilities to optimize leadership opportunities around me grew in ways that still surprise me. His way of using his tools to highlight our unique leadership abilities as well as our opportunities of growth and then directly actioning those within the course’s challenges, was one of the most impactful awareness building experiences I’ve ever had. My adventure with Phil at Stonewater was truly transformative! While we did have a ton of fun (seriously, the rafting was a blast!), what really stood out was the incredible leadership development.
