My experience with this tutoring institute was a mix of positives and negatives. The English Literature teacher was outstanding—knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely dedicated to helping students succeed. The quality of teaching was excellent, and I benefited greatly from the lessons.

However, the management leaves much to be desired. They show little interest in building good relationships with clients, treating students and parents with a dry, dismissive attitude. Communication is poor, with contradictory information between their website and WhatsApp updates. Customer service is extremely slow, and responses often feel reluctant, as if they are doing you a favor by replying. This unprofessional approach creates unnecessary stress and frustration, wasting valuable time.

What’s worse is that they misled me regarding their advertised "free demo." Despite their website clearly stating that demos are free, they tried to charge me £10 for a 30-minute session. This kind of misleading information and lack of transparency is unacceptable.

While the teaching quality is commendable, the institute's management needs serious improvement in customer relations, communication, and honesty. Until these issues are addressed, the overall experience remains disappointing.

Experience with neon edu have been excellent.
They focus on top class education and delivering the right grade for the children's.
They are second to non on customer service I would say give them a go you have nothing to lose but if you don't try them it's your loss.
Probably the most cost effective online educational institute.
