I purchased x 2 rugs from The Rug Shop UK.
When I called the customer service I was told I am a lie they did not send me used rugs, I told customer service that I am not asking for a refund but rugs which are new, not refurbished. I will not use this company ever again. I will get help so that I can help other people in the same position as I am. These items should not have left their warehouse in the first place as they are not fit for purpose. With my experience The Rug Shop UK does not deserve not even one star.

Great service from the online Rug shop. It arrived in a few days, we expected to wait a few weeks. Our Orla Kiely rug is perfect and really good quality. Looks amazing in our hallway.
I would definitely use the Rug shop again and recommend to others.

I ordered a rug from this company and through no fault of their own, I had to return it. There was excellent support and communication from the company throughout the whole process. They got back to me promptly and without fail. The money was returned to my account as promised. I would certainly use this company again in the future, without hesitation.

#200027902 The rug is lovely and the non slip mat is the best I've had, no movement at all. The delivery was longer than expected as, after I ordered, I was notified that they were struggling to source the item so it would be delayed. I would have liked to have known this prior to ordering. That being said, after 2 weeks, I chased delivery and the next day I received an email to say it had been despatched. When it was shipped, it was delivered promptly and is great quality.

I ordered the Eris Arissa rug in silver plus the non slip rug mat. I received an email saying the order would be delayed and a full refund would be offered if I didn’t want to wait for the rug. I decided to wait and I’m so delighted I did. The rug is gorgeous looking and soft. The non slip mat is brilliant. I’m extremely impressed with both. Excellent customer service. Love the runner rug! Bought two for the hallway and they look great. Very durable looking, also - not flimsy like some runners. Delivery was fast - would definitely buy from The Rug Shop UK again.

I had such a bad experience dealing with this company. I took delivery of a what should of been an indigo rug but what arrived was a blue rug that looked nothing like the colour that was advertised. I called the company and spoke to Darren, the same day it arrived. Unfortunately he would not arrange collection of the rug unless I paid £29.00 for sending it back! After taking advise from Trading Standards I contacted Darren again and explained that under distance selling & consumer contract laws consumers have the right to send back there order within 14 days for a full refund and without having to pay the delivery charge. It’s safe to say that this company dose not follow the distance selling and consumer contract laws.
My husband had to return the rug back him self by taking it back to their ward house and I got my refund back.
I will not ever order from this company again!
