This business is an absolute scam! Go and read reviews on social media, it's unbelievable, they take your money and never send any item. Not even a tracking number, and it's impossible to get an answer because the only option is via email, and with an automatic response. Not even a phone number. And the address in Manchester is inexistent. They don't have any office there. They're proper thieves, they play with time and people's humility. Don't fall like me and other hundreds of good people. Lesson learned.

Trying to return a faulty order is proving IMPOSSIBLE.

Been offered a courier collection ( following issues with the return kabel bein unscanable) and asked to provide a suitable date - which I have only to receive 6 emails which appear auto generated asking to start a return!

I would NOT recommend OHS. Customer service is poor and as I've received a faulty item i should be able to return the item but as such can't as no idea if my email with a suggested collection date has been read/understood.

Order items for value of £53.95 on 26th July, I received wring items, I sent them back and trying to get a correct response from Customer Support is shocking, I've even rang Reception and the Receptionist has sent a email, no response so I've rang again today. It's soo frustrating as you do not have an actual person you can speak to, just shows that the customer does not matter.
I've still not received my items!!!!!
Soo disappointing and appalling.
Only gave one star as could not write review if I didn't.

Didnt even want to give l star...I placed a order with these and there delivery driver yodel left my parcel on a random rubbish bin in my road and took a picture.l cant find my parcel and can't get intouch with OHS.so my grandaughter christmas presents gone to a stranger £30
I won't be ordering from these again untill they refund my money..

I ordered items and paid for next day delivery and absolutely nothing has arrived a week on ! I’ve tried contacting but you can only email and they can reply up for 2 days later… utter joke. Terrible service.

Worked there for a week, Told me i had another week after my training week (first week) to hit my targets, got rid of me after 1 whilst i was trying to get the hang of things, won’t return any of my messages, or about my wages!
