We had a outstanding online service from Cost2Build Trade Store on Ebay. We ordered 15 sheets of OSB late one evening and it was delivered with 36 hours. The delivery driver even protected it from the rain by offloading it onto timber studs to keep it off the ground and fully wrapping it up with tarpaulin. Without doubt would use this company again. Ordered timber on Sunday evening for delivery that week, it was a bank holiday on the Monday. I had tradesman booked for the following weekend to complete some work for which the timber was required.

Late Wednesday evening (3 days after ordering) I received a message from the company stating due to staff illness they hadn’t dealt with any orders that week and therefore mine was delayed. I messaged back to say not a problem as long as I have it by the weekend. They then say they can’t deliver by the weekend it would be next week. If they had just let me know earlier I could have ordered locally and had it delivered in time but couldn’t do this at such late notice. I have now had to put the tradesman off.

Won’t be using this company again but have learned to keep trade local (not online) as at least they rely on repeat local business and therefore do what they say.
