Alhamdulillah, Al-Aqsa School is a very special place. I put my baby's name down on the waiting list before he could walk and I am overjoyed with the great care and enthusiasm he is taught with. I couldn't ask for more from the whole team. Allaahumma baarik!

To be honest, it doesn't even deserve the 1 Star whatsoever as they're not professional unfortunately in any aspect. They don't really teach any Fiq in their basic RE lessons (and their quranic lessons don't teach much )as the local schools,in addition, they raise their fees at the last minute so the pupil will be desperate/ forced to stay as they don't get enough time to look for elsewhere to transfer before the new term.

The board of the school think they're untouchable as they say and do as they please. Very rude and disrespectful towards it's people, most of the teachers are not really qualified to teach and not very supportive towards their students.

Al-Aqsa really needs to change their ways from top to bottom and needs to put the pupils value first before hand as they don't value the pupil who actually supports and runs their school. Without the pupil the school won't be a school and the board, teachers should know that it's the pupil who are paying and donating actually paying their salaries and not the other way around.

It was big mistake sending my child there, I will never recommend Al-Aqsa school to anyone even my enemy, thats how disappointed we are. They take your money and yet they think they are doing you a favour, we were treated much better at the local free school than this so called islamic school which is a big shame to bring islam into such a low graded behaviour school. Avoid at all cost it is truly a waste of time, effort and money.

The teachers are Not positive towards their students. When I went for a parents meeting the teachers was bashing my daughter instead of her good qualities. My daughter is very shy and not confident in herself that made her even worse in believing in herself (poor girl) Really Bad School at worst. Most the people who are attending are the ones who knows each other so like the other reviewer said outsiders don't stand a chance.

I actually met couple of the teachers at another islamic school even though she works at Al-Aqsa, if the school so good why aren't they taking their own kids to that school to where they are?

If you truly want your kids to learn Islam from secondary school than consider the following: Jameah Girls Academy and Jameah Boys Academy.
The Imam Muhammad Adam Institute they have for both genders and lastly is Darul Uloom Leicester Boys Only school. They teach Fiq, islamic studies, Hafiz and more, Masha'Allah. Really worth it 👌

Visited the school on occasions to give talks . I’m always impressed by the students’ capacity to learn and their performance. The ratings are generally good reflecting quality of teaching staff.
