I have completed my Inside flow online teacher training. it was a unique pleasant experience by its own, they are very professional, helpful; The material we use to study along with the videos are very clear making the learning journey so easy and accessible to follow and learn from, and the most important is that Inside flow teachers and team are always there to help us and assist us in all what we may need.
They have such a prompt response that made our course at comfort and ease from start till end.
We the were from all over the world, fast we became a big family.
I loved the course and flows we learned I suggest everyone to register. Be the master of your universe spreading love!

The 30h Inside Flow training on the TINT platform was well worth every penny and every second spent learning with such a vibrant community. The flows are always just so beautiful and each teacher brings their unique style to the program - loved them all! For all classes I say similar things but I mean it: LOVE all the flows and LOVE TINT yoga. As a yoga instructor it is really crucial for me to always learn new things and practice in new ways so can teach to teach my students more effectively , and Tint yoga is my new way of practicing . I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible opportunity to participate in the Inside Flow summer challenge. It has been an enriching and memorable experience from start to finish.

Understanding that there were approximately 50 submitted flows means that 50 individuals, including myself, dedicated their time and creativity to craft their unique flows. This collective effort has truly made this challenge something special.

This online yoga course is wonderful. It gives an in-depth explanation of the beginner pose which are the essential foundation for all yoga poses. I attend three yoga classes a week, and although I am mastering the moves, the yoga teacher does not have enough time to give in-depth advice about each move. This course allows you to practice at home with no distractions allowing full concentration. The instruction videos are a great reinforcement. I would recommend this to all yogis.

Inside Flow is super fun and creative way to practice and teach yoga.
After I have attended one full class (live online with Young Ho) I decided to take an online Inside Flow Fundamentals TT with TINT Yoga.
I am very happy and enjoyed every step of my learning experiences, the system is easy to follow but challenging.
Supporting team is very helpful and quick respond, they make me feel that they are really care.
I hope one day I will have a chance to meet the teachers and the team in person, I think I just found another family!!!
