Placed order on 4/11/2024. Payed extra for next day delivery. After a week was told it wasn’t in stock and would be another week. I am still waiting on the order now 13/1/2025. They are net responding to multiple emails and phone line just rings out. DO NOT USE.

Absolutely do not use this company. Delivery took far longer than the 2 working days stated online. When delivered the fascia board I ordered had been cut terribly by hand and all the lengths were different sizes and the edges had been completely butchered. They told me just to cut the butcherd ends off rather than sending out replacement products. They also sent out 2 fewer lengths than were ordered and are now telling me they will only refund for 8 lengths eventhough only 8 were delivered. Overall terrible customer service. Use National Plastics or local euro cell dealer instead they are 1000 times better!

Ordered plasterers pre grit on the the 13th December. didn’t turn up. finally got in contact with them 2weeks ago to which they said they’d give me a full refund. Still waiting and funnily enough not answering or replying to all my calls and emails. Avoid at all costs

Awful communication. Have used them a few times for manhole covers & drainage and not had any issues. Placed an order for 5 x manhole covers, a week passed with no delivery. There is no number to call them, only an online webform. 2 weeks had passed without a reply. I then got an email with proof of delivery for the wrong property and the wrong item (for a tiny drainage channel rather than large manhole covers). I replied submitting ring doorbell footage that nothing arrived, a further 3 weeks has passed with no reply so now having to reclaim the money through the bank.
Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order for some drain channel which they claimed to stock, and offer next day delivery. 4 days later I've not heard anything from them. not even an order confirmation email. Trying to get a refund, but they are not answering the phone.
Please avoid using this company, I am having a similar experience to the other customers leaving reviews.

Ordered and paid for some downpipe brackets middle of December 2024. One month later they haven't arrived and I have send email asking where they are. Tried phoning multiple times but nobody answers. Do not make any orders or purchases from this company. I'm in their area at times and will call to see if still trading.

Ordered some drainage channel which they said due to high demand would take 5-7 working days, 3 1/2 weeks later not shipped. Tried emailing and haven't had a response, found the number on google (as not on their website) and apparently they were getting someone to call back.... they didn't. Now started credit card chargeback as getting nowhere!

Absolutely ridiculous service from this company. Waited 4 weeks instead of 3-5 days for them to send wrong items. After that it has taken other 2 weeks for them to say they can't deliver original items. Very poor service even in terms of communication we had to keep chasing some information. For over 10 years of trading I would say this is one of the worst companies so fur we have ever dealt with.
