futureproof’s mission is the main reason I joined the company! Our training academy is free to students so the focus is on ability, rather than economic background, meaning the opportunity to enter the world of tech is open to so many more talented people across the country regardless of their situation.
Mental and physical health is really important and we have so much support in both: from mental health coaching 1:1, to gym memberships, to access to CBT.
Everyone is so lovely and welcoming in the team, always wearing a smile and really passionate about their work. It’s a great environment to work in! Everyone cares about our mission and each other. What more can you ask for!

They will lie and manipulate you to raise your hopes of getting a job in tech and then abandon you to apply for your own jobs. Save your time and mental energy by applying to another bootcamp that is more transparent and does not struggle with securing placements for their students.
