The course was definitely worthwhile. The instructor, Sylvia, did a great job helping us navigate through the Microsoft Project software. She was patient with everyone and reviewed the material as often as necessary to answer everyone's questions.

I really enjoyed the class and my instructor was lovely. He had an engaging tone and helpful manner which helped for a day long virtual class to go quickly. He was open to take and answers and any sort of questions, big or small. Regarding the material, I wish that less time was spent on the What-of-Analysis (if at all as it's a quite confusing excel tool) and more time was spent on Power Query, a more prevalent tool in the growing world of technology and data.

We were very pleased with having Ali Green as our trainer for Tableau. He was patient and went above and beyond to ensure that the participants engaged with him even though it was a virtual format. He was flexible and knowledgeable as well. The flexible trait was extremely valuable since we had an ice storm and our participants could not commute to the training location.

Cert Staff also was extremely quick with responses and a pivot to the online platform.

Not a good experience with the Certstaffix - Excel Level 1 Course - Virtual Learning via Zoom / Instructor. I wouldn't recommend this company. Most of my opinion and feedback falls on the instructor but unfortunately you are who you have representing you. The instructor was reading out of a book and clearly unprepared. This kept the class waiting and eating up valuable time. She had problems with Zoom meetings which kicked people off and had us waiting in the waiting room for over 10 mins. She did not know how to deal with a certain frustrated class member who needed extra time and had difficulty learning during the class. Once again this is a training and experience issue in my opinion. Lastly, I was asked to complete the survey at the end which I completed with honest feedback. I asked for a refund or to take the class again with a different instructor and got nothing in return. No acknowledgement or attempt to rectify the situation. : ( What is the purpose of a survey if you don't care about the customers who fill them out? What a dissappointment to say the least. I am not a big Google review person and if you go back and look at my reviews you will see that the majority of the ones that I have taken the time to leave are positive. This time it was extreme disssatisfaction that drove me to write such a harsh review.
